Suspension Lift Technologies LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the iLIFT System products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Suspension Lift Technologies LLC’s obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or reimbursement, at its option, of any products or workmanship which may prove defective under normal use within twelve (12) months from the date of sale, and which the examination of Suspension Lift Technologies LLC reveals to its satisfaction that the products in question are in fact defective.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Suspension Lift Technologies LLC. The warranty contained herein shall not apply to any part or product which has been subject to accident, alteration, misuse, or abuse. This warranty shall only apply within the boundaries of the continental United States. Suspension Lift Technologies LLC makes no warranty against any products ability to protect against injury or death. The purchaser and/or user assumes all risks of damages or injuries, including death.

MERCHANDISE:
All merchandise returned for warranty consideration, inspection, repair, etc. must be sent prepaid and insured. Included with this return must be the sender’s name, address, phone number, and explanation of the problem. A return authorization number must also accompany the return: this can be obtained by contacting Suspension Lift Technologies LLC at 602-733-6410 or via e-mail: info@iLIFTSystems.com. This warranty covers
replacement or repair of the product only and does not cover the cost of labor and/or freight. There is absolutely no warranty on the following:
A) Any product that has been physically altered, or improperly installed or maintained.
B) Any product used in improper applications, abused or not used in conjunction with the proper parts.

Suspension Lift Technologies LLC will return approved warranty claims back to customer at Suspension Lift Technologies LLC’s cost via the most economical method possible. Upgrades in shipping service will be at customer’s expense.

New and unused items in original unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days from delivery date. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Special order products can not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Used or otherwise installed products not in like-new condition can not be returned. Returns can only be made by contacting us for an RMA number. Please e-mail info@iLIFTSystems.com to request a number.
